1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the product (as per our  Return & Refund  Policy).

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your account on www.ammuta.com
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on the order and select Cancel Order

No refund is required for unpaid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


4. Automatic Cancellations

Ammuta.com reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable
  • The payment is not confirmed
  • Shipping to your location is restricted
  • The order is flagged for fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded.


5. Bulk Order Cancellations

For bulk or high-value orders, cancellations may require additional verification. Please reach out to support@ammuta.com for assistance.
