2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays such as weather, festivals, or courier issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order through your Ammuta.com account dashboard.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable and leading logistics providers, including:

• India Post (for remote regions)

6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will reship it after confirming the address. Additional charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or if any item is missing:
