Return  & Refund Policy – Ammuta.com

At Ammuta.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Certain products (like personal care items, innerwear, perishable goods, or custom-made items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. These exceptions will be mentioned on the product page.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ammuta.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup (where available).
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping costs for self-return may be reimbursed upon valid proof of shipment.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@ammuta.com.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products with tampered tags or packaging
  • Used or worn items (unless defective)
